Will my goods be dispatched on the same day?
Yes, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday (12 p.m. Melbourne time) on the same day once your order has been successfully processed by our sales team. Your order will be processed and despatched within 2 - 5 working days. Dispatch may be delayed due to the Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or a telecommunications service and any other similar act which is beyond the reasonable control of a party). You will be notified of the dispatch via email.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is $150 excluding GST for general areas. Some regional areas will be charged a little more and the minimum will vary also in these areas.
What are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees will vary slightly depending on your location in Australia.
Can I return unwanted goods?
Returns are not generally permitted due to change of mind. We may accept return of goods at our discretion ONLY IF IN 100% RE-SALEABLE CONDITION and if we have been notified within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. It will contain your tracking number and the ETA (estimated time of arrival).
How do I check if the stock of a material is available?
If a material has In stock status, it's available for ordering. In case the status shows Pre-order, please contact our Customer Care Support Team on 1800 215 216 who will be able to advise you of the expected arrival date of stock.
