HDPE sheet is widely used in a variety of applications. HDPE natural is FDA approved. It exhibits excellent chemical and impact resistance, making it perfect for that industrial application.
HDPE is a strong, high density, moderately stiff plastic with a highly crystalline structure. It is frequently used as a plastic for milk cartons, laundry detergent, garbage bins, and cutting boards. Its features include:
- good resistance to wear
- very good electrical insulation
- high vibration damping.
HDPE 100 series is known for its large strength to density ratio, it is commonly used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, electrical and communications conduits and mining and industrial applications. Series 100 is a weldable grade of HDPE.
